I am blown away with our new bathroom, it is utterly gorgeous & much more than I imagined it would be.
Ash & Richard have been professional & hardworking throughout, they turn up on time & work full days. I didn't realise the amount of work involved, they have literally replaced everything. Electrics, pipework, walls, floors, ceiling, everything in there is brand new & up to standards.
They fully waterproofed the shower/bath area which sets your mind at ease regarding leaks.
Ashley is highly skilled & his work is faultless, his attention to detail is amazing. He is a perfectionist and you feel confident with him doing work in your house. Any queries were answered along the way & I had a daily update with what was happening.
They have to be the tidiest workmen out there, my house was always left clean at the end of each day, they honestly have been a pleasure to have working in my home.
Jess has been fantastic! Her designing was spot on. She created a whole new bathroom layout, everything was moved creating better use of the space available & the end result is amazing! She advised me on a suite to suit my taste & all the items she picked I loved.
It was Feb/Mar this year when I first met Ash & Jess so I have been in touch with them for over 7 months, the communication throughout this time & during the job has been superb. Nothing has ever been to much trouble & all questions answered....and I had a lot! She has a fabulous eye for design, is lovely to deal with and genuinely wants what is best for you. Jess even came after the lads had finished to clean and polish the entire area. It was like I clicked my fingers and the bathroom fairy had been.
You guys are nothing but amazing & worth every penny. Absolute quality work & products.

As they deal with the whole process, you do not have to lift a finger, no need to measure anything or order tiles etc, and no worrying that things will not be in stock as it is all taken care of. The workmen are friendly, reliable and their work is 2nd to none. Great for busy families or professionals who struggle to get the time to organise a bathroom refit.

Every stage was explained to me, with lots of advice given throughout the process as to what would work best in my oddly shaped room, from fixtures and fittings to tiles and grouting.
They are incredibly hardworking (even my neighbours commented that they 'never seem to stop' working) and are always friendly, professional and efficient. The quality of the finish is superb, and their attention to detail is second to none.
As a complete neat freak, I was astounded when they cleaned up after themselves everyday, cleaned my bathroom and surrounding areas when they had finished to a mirror like shine, and left my house looking like they'd never been in it! I was quite sad to see them go!

I was looking to get an accessible wet room fitted for my uncle (so he could be released from hospital and return home). My uncle is fiercely independent and didn't want it to look like an accessible wetroom. Ash discussed his requirements fully and offered excellent advice right from the start - taking into account my uncle's needs to design the optimum layout whilst ensuring the materials chosen looked clean and modern but were still safe and practical.
I was given a formal quotation at the outset listing the various options we had agreed together with a clear schedule for the works - both of which Ash and his team stuck to.
I observed the works as much as possible and was particularly pleased to see the thoroughness of the preparatory works and the quality of the materials being fitted. I'm confident this wet room is built to last and will never leak!
The bathroom is stunning. The finish is absolutely amazing and my uncle was thrilled when he returned home soon after its completion. He says its the best room in the house and invites people round to see it!!

Absolutely brilliant I would recommend Ultimate Wetrooms to anybody who wants any work doing to a bathroom or en-suite.
We actually quite liked our en-suite, but my wife Dawn has MS and it has become more and more difficult for her to get in and out of the shower. We had a couple of companies give us quotes, but once we had met Jess and Ash we knew they would be the ones we would go with.
They came up with great suggestions even though we had some ideas of our own and listened and worked with us to get to a design for a new wet room we were happy to go ahead with.
It didn’t stop there though and their attention to detail in making sure grab handles and the sink height and everything was just right for Dawn was fantastic. Can’t not mention Richard who did most of the work with Jess and Ash as well. They were very considerate and did an absolutely fantastic job.
We quite liked our old en-suite. BUT WE LOVE OUR NEW WET ROOM.
