Space is in short supply in the home of this retired couple, so they wanted to make the most of every inch of it in their new bathroom.

Thinking of their future years, they also wanted to remove their bath and replace with a walk-in shower.

We suggested a vinyl floor wet room system combined with a hinged wet room screen along with fitted furniture to maximise the compact space.

The screen can be kept out of the way completely so that it doesn’t restrict the space, opening up the whole bathroom when the shower is not in use.

There was a tangle of pipework beneath the bath which we relocated to allow the Impey level access system to be installed.

The fitted furniture which provides lots of storage is finished with a white sparkle granite to add a touch of luxury!
