This lovely young couple renovated their bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom last year but unfortunately had major problems with them all from the minute they were installed and therefore contacted us to rectify them.

Not only was the standard of workmanship very poor, with tiles out of level, grout left on tiles and pipework left on show, the shower and toilet were also leaking and not fit to use.

To keep costs down we reused what we could, we carefully removed the items which were to be refitted, removed the tiles and started from scratch.

We applied a waterproof membrane in the shower area and then installed the new wall and floor tiles, we then refitted the suite with the addition of a new vanity unit, matching storage unit and replaced the old radiator with a heated towel rail.

Everything now works as it should and is finished to a high standard!
