All too often we come across situations like this, only 12 months ago this lovely couple parted with thousands of pounds to have a bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom fitted.

Since then they have had no end of problems with leaks and faulty fixtures, not to mention the poor quality of finish with grout left all over tiles and the fitter not bothering to use tile trim!!!

They arranged to get them fixed but the bathroom fitter let me them down again and never turned up, leaving them without a useable shower!

So they took the risk of finding another bathroom fitting company to have them all redone – luckily they found us.

Their ensuite is now fully functioning, finished to a high standard and most importantly doesn’t leak!

To keep costs down the existing shower, tray & screen were carefully removed and then refitted – with the tray being lowered and door installed on the opposite side so that the couple could fit in some more storage.

They are so happy with the outcome and can’t wait for us to do the bathroom and cloakroom in the new year!
