Planning & Design
We will visit you at home at your convenience to discuss your ideas and requirements.
We can help with design ideas, inspiration and look at ways of altering your bathroom or wet room to suit your needs and your budget.
We will also carry out a technical survey to assess the works.

Realistic Pricing
After the initial consultation we will provide a written quotation for you along with a 3d design of your new bathroom.
We believe in providing a transparent costing, covering all aspects of work involved so that there aren’t any hidden surprises along the way, the price quoted is the price you pay!
At this stage we would also advise how long the work will take.

The Details
Before starting the work we will discuss everything with you in detail and make sure you are completely happy with the plans, the price and the products.
During the whole process we will keep you informed of progress and will be available to discuss any concerns along the way.

Let’s get started
Once we have agreed a suitable date for you we will begin with your new bathroom or wet room installation.
We will order and take delivery of your new bathroom suite & tiles and we will arrange all of the trades involved so that the installation runs seamlessly.

Installation
During the installation you can expect noise, dust and disturbance!
We will start by removing your existing bathroom, the plumber and electrician will then ‘first fix’ the pipework and wiring which will involve shutting off water & electrics for short periods.
The plastering will follow and then the tiles and bathroom suite can be fitted, once all work is complete our cleaning fairy will have your new bathroom sparkling clean and ready to use!

Aftercare
After your new bathroom or wet room is completed we will contact you to ensure that you are completely satisfied, if there are any snagging points these will be addressed straight away.
All that’s left to do is kick back, enjoy and show off your new bathroom!
